Recipe: County Sweet Potatoes (with maple syrup and mini marshmallows)

Side Dishes - Potatoes
COUNTY SWEET POTATOES

1 large can sweet potatoes
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar or maple syrup
3 tbsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Miniature marshmallows

Drain syrup from potatoes. Mash potatoes.

Add milk, sugar, butter, and salt and mix well. Fold in nuts. Put in a shallow greased baking dish. Top with marshmallows.

Heat in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes in oven or until marshmallows brown on top.

The recipe Gladys posted looks very good! Here's another recipe for you to check out. No honey, but you could add some to your taste if this isn't as sweet as you'd like.
