Recipe: Crab Ball Hors D'oeuvre (using cream cheese, rolled in nuts)

CRAB BALL HORS D'OEUVRE

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) package Wakefield Snow Crabmeat, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
crackers and/or fresh vegetables (for serving)

Combine softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into log or ball. Roll in pecans.

Serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables.

Makes 16 servings
