Recipe: Spicy Honey Chicken Drummettes
Appetizers and SnacksSPICY HONEY CHICKEN DRUMMETTES
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
12 chicken drummettes
Mix all ingredients except chicken in rectangular baking dish, 11X7X1 1/2 inches. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Uncover baking dish and bake 45 to 60 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Makes 12 appetizers
