I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not. It does have orange or pineapple juice in it. I hope that it helps.
CRANBERRY NUT BREAD
Yields 1 loaf or 3 mini loaves
1 1/2 C. fresh whole cranberries, frozen until hard
1 Tbsp. (approximately) flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. butter
1 beaten egg
3/4 C. orange juice or pineapple juice, etc.
1 C. sugar
2 C. sifted flour
1 C. ground nuts (such as walnuts)
----------
1. Place frozen cranberries in food processor and add flour. Pulse
until coarsely chopped.
2. In mixer cream butter; add sugar; add egg
3. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with juice.
4. Fold in nuts and cranberries
5. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan(s).
Bake 375o 1 hour for 1 large loaf
Bake 360o 40 - 45 minutes for 3 mini loaves
