CREAMY DIJON MUSTARD SAUCE
"This sauce is great served along side a cooked ham. Also makes a great condiment for leftover ham sandwiches."
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
In medium bowl, stir together ingredients. Serve with fully-cooked ham. Great served with ham sandwiches, too.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce (about 8 servings)
