Recipe: Creamy Potato Puff

Creamy Potato Puff
rec.food.recipes/lambchopdelite

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 cup hot mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
