Recipe: Fried Rice Casserole

Side Dishes - Rice, Grains
Fried Rice Casserole

2 1/4 cup hot water
1 cup raw rice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. soy sauce


Mix all ingredients together and put in a medium casserole.

Bake, covered, in 350F oven for 1 hour.
