ROTEL TACO SALAD

1 lb. ground beef
1 (2 oz.) package taco sauce mix
3/4 pound process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 cup RO-TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies
3/4 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes. chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) package corn chips, divided use
Prepare taco filling with ground beef and taco sauce mix according to package directions.
Melt cheese with tomatoes.
Mix shredded lettuce, tomatoes, meat and 1/4 of the corn Chips in a salad bowl. Pour cheese mixture over top with remaining corn chips. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings
