Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour
3 large eggs -- beaten
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In sauce pan mix together sugar, flour stir well then add vanilla and eggs.
Add milk. Cook on medium high-bubbly. Whisk constantly until thickened.
Pour into bowl, cover with plastic wrap (touching custard). Chill.
