DAN'S HIGH HAT POPOVERS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Ingredients must be at room temperature.
Place these ingredients in a blender:
1 cup heavy milk
1/4 cup water
1 1/4 cups flour
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
Beat till mixed, about 2 minutes.
Put 1/4 tsp. cooking oil into each pot of your yorkshire pan. Place in oven on middle rack till hot, nearly smoking.
Turn blender on for 5 seconds then pour egual amount of batter into each pot.
Return to oven and cook 20 minutes then turn down to 325 degrees F for 20 minutes more. Do not open oven while cooking.
