Different Peanut Butter Cookies

this is an old recipe i hope you'll enjoy..

1 cup Crisco (vegetable shortening)
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
milk chocolate chips (optional)
toffee chips (optional)

In mixing bowl, cream Crisco peanut butter, and sugars, then mix in eggs one at a time. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt into creamed mixture. I add milk chocolate chips, toffee chips, and 1 tsp of vinalla, but it's not called for in the recipe, I just like to add things extra. So good luck and hope you like them and I think you will. It's put ten lbs. on me..so they must be pretty good huh. joy mo.
