Recipe: Easy Chocolate Mousse (using chocolate chips, blender)

EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

"This is a very rich dessert."

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup boiling water
1 egg (or pasteurized egg)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or liqueur like Kahlua)

Add chocolate chips and boiling water to blender; whirl at high speed for 15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Pour into glasses; chill in refrigerator until firm.

Makes 2-4 servings
