EASY MEATLOAF
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 small (5 oz) can Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
In a bowl, combine meat and milk.
Add soup mix and mix thoroughly.
In a 13x9-inch baking dish, shape into a loaf.
Bake for 45-60 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.
TO MAKE A LARGER MEATLOAF:
Use 3 lbs. of meat, 2 envelopes of soup mix and a large can of carnation. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
MY OWN MEATLOAF
1 3/4 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/3 cups milk
2/3 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 green bell pepper (or green and red), chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. garlic salt
