Fannie Mae Fudge

4 cups sugar
1 cup milk -- whole
1 teaspoon vanilla
25 large marshmallows -- cutup
1 cup butter -- (not margarine!)
13 ounces milk chocolate
12 ounces chocolate chips -- semi-sweet
2 ounces chocolate -- unsweetened
1 cup nuts -- chopped
Melt the 3 chocolates in double broiler and set aside. Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Boil 2 minutes. Turn OFF heat!!! Add marshmallows, about a cup at a time. Stir well after each addition. Add melted chocolate - stirring RAPIDLY!!! Add nuts. Pour into buttered pans: 12x16x1-inch cookie sheet or two 9x13-inch pans. Let fudge stand before cutting.
