Recipe(tried): Fix for Thin or Watery Sauce

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
When ever I need to thicken up a sauce I knead some flour (whole wheat or white) into butter. I knead 1 tablespoon butter to one tablespoon flour. How much I use each time depends on what is in the pot at that time.

Then add to sauce and stir until thickened and the flour looses raw taste.

When I remember I make some up, roll into little balls and freeze. Then of course I have to remember that I have them in the freezer.
