Recipe(tried): Freezing Tomatoes
Misc. I freeze my tomatoes whole all the time...it is very easy. You take out as many as you need and run the tomato under warm/hot water and the skin just peels off very easily....or you can just put them in hot water in a bowl...same thing. I found a bunch of them in the bottom of my freezer one year...they had been frozen for a year, and they were still good...no freezer burn. I did pack them in the vacuum bags..can't remember the name.
