Recipe(tried): French Dressing South Beach diet style!

Salads - Salad Dressings
Here is a homemade version of french dressing that is South Beach Diet compliant...

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar substitute (I use equal or splenda)
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or 2 tsp dried
1/3 cup olive oil
