Recipe: Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie

FROZEN STRAWBERRY MARGARITA PIE
1 1/4 cups finely crushed pretzel crumbs
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/4 cup lime juice
3 - 4 Tbsp. tequila
2 Tbsp. triple sec or other orange flavored liqueur
2 - 4 drops red food coloring optional
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped
Combine crumbs, margarine and sugar, press firmly onto bottom and up side of lightly buttered 9"

In large bowl combinemilk, strawberries, lime juice, triple sec,tequila and food coloring, mix well.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 mins.
before serving. Garnish as desired, return leftovers to freezer.
