CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
1 (17.5 oz.) pkg. Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix
1 egg
2 pints ice cream, softened
Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Bake cookies as directed. Cool completely.
Place one scoop of ice cream on bottom half of the cookie. Top each with another cookie. Press lightly. Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
Wrap in plastic wrap. Store in freezer.
