Recipe: Fruit and Cheese Salad with Orange-Basil Vinaigrette

FRUIT AND CHEESE SALAD
WITH ORANGE-BASIL VINAIGRETTE

FOR THE SALAD:
6 cups mixed fresh fruit (halved strawberries, cut-up pineapple, blueberries, cubed cantaloupe, raspberries, sliced peaches or orange sections)
3 ounces Land O Lakes Provolone Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

Combine fresh fruit and cheese in large bowl.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over salad.

Spoon mixture onto individual salad plates, if desired.
