Garlic and Onion Cream Cheese Dip

Quick, easy, very good.....
Thanks to Stan (The Man, Dancing Fool) Wysocki for this one...shake and bake!

You will need (in these proportions):

4 bagels
1 large (1 lb?) container of whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion

Bring cream cheese to room temp...makes for easier mixing...or use electric mixer. In a microwave safe dish, mix cheese, parseley, minced garlic, and minced onion. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stir. Repeat once or twice more until the whole thing is hot and bubbly. As it heats up, cut the bagels into bite size pieces. These are used to dip into the cream cheese. If it manages to cool off before being devoured, you can reheat.

Serves 4-8 depending on what else you have out.
