Ginger Salad Dressing

1/4 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger root -- grated
2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Combine ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake. Can chill up to 3 days
