Recipe(tried): Grated Pumpkin Muffins (using grated raw pumpkin) - Thank You

I was looking for a muffin recipe which used fresh pumpkin but wasn't too high in fat, and this looked great. Made them today - they taste wonderful. Only change: I mixed about a tablespoon each of flour, oatmeal and brown sugar and sprinkle some over each before baking.
