I haven't tried this yet, but I have ripe bananas on the counter and I think there's a pudding mix in the pantry I'll post the results-Micha
BANANA NUT BREAD
(using cake mix &instant pudding)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 package Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling (recipe doesn't say what size, I'm going to use the small one)
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
