Recipe: Greek Chicken with Lemon and Olives

GREEK CHICKEN WITH LEMON AND OLIVES

1 bag frozen chicken breast tenders
1 box frozen jasmine rice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 jar Kalamata olives
2 Tablespoons Better than Bullion (chicken flavor)
2 Tablespoons Tomato Seasoning Splash *(see note)
1/2 cup water

In large skillet cook chicken in a little oil.

Add lemon juice, olives, tomato seasoning, water and bullion. Simmer 10 minutes.

Add rice and cook through.

*Tomato Seasoning Splash is available at Trader Joes, it's a combination of dried diced tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, flaked dried onions, garlic powder, flaked dried bell pepper and some spices (not sure what kind).
