Recipe: Green Tomato Jelly

Preserving - Jams, Jellies
GREEN TOMATO JELLY

5 cups green tomatoes, diced
4 cups sugar
6 oz pkg. raspberry Jello

Boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir well. Put into blender. Blend well. Pour into jars and boil in a water bath for 10-15 minutes.
