Recipe: Grilled Cheese & Bacon Bun

Grilled Cheese & Bacon Bun

12 slices bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, chopped
7 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut and fry bacon until crisp;cool. Add rest of ingredients. Spread mixture on bun halves; put under broiler until cheese melts. Or can be put on crackers and microwaved.
