Recipe(tried): Ham salad

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Hi Pat,
I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but it is a recipe that our family has used for years and is very tasty.

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. minced ham
2 sweet pickles
1 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Put cheese, ham, and pickle in food processor or chopper to desired consistency. Stir in onion and mayo.

Note: I rarely ever measure anything with this recipe. If I have a chunk of leftover ham, I just toss it in the food processor with the other ingredients. I also add more mayo than it calls for. It's one of those recipes you just do to your own taste. It's good for cold sandwiches or put some on buns or rolls, wrap in foil, and heat in a 350 oven for 15 minutes.
