Recipe(tried): Hawaiian Spread

Hi! I had recently requested a pineapple dip/spread that I had made in the past and had misplaced the recipe. Guess What? I went looking again through all of my recipes and I found it!! I would like to share it with all of you.

HAWAIIAN SPREAD

2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese (Beat until creamy)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2-3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2-3/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Blend into cream cheese

You can add some red food coloring, if desired, to make it look pink. Serve this spread inside a scooped out half of pineapple. Serve with salt-free crackers. (I've served it with salted crackers as well and it was fine.)
This is a very good recipe! Enjoy!!
