Recipe(tried): Herbed Buttermilk Bread

a very easy bread for if you need one in a hurry. or just need a great bread.

Herbed Buttermilk Bread

self raising flour 500g
buttermilk 500ml
mixed herbs 20g
salt 5g

pre heat oven to 180'C gas mark 4 400F

mix all together, mixure must be moist and sticky
place in well oiled and dusterd pan, bake in oven for 30 mins
leave in pan for 5 ,mins when you have removed it from the oven
turn out leave to cool and serve
HINT rub oil on your hands before you place it in the bread pan.
