Recipe: Holiday Salad (with cranberries, Jello, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and apple)

1 can whole cranberries
1 pkg. cherry or cranberry Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cut up apple
Nuts (optional)
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water. Add fruit and fruit juice from pineapple. Chill to set.
