Recipe(tried): Strawberry Salad (with pineapple, banana, and nuts and sour cream layer)

STRAWBERRY SALAD

2 small (3 oz each) or 1 large (6 oz) box strawberry jello
1 cup hot water
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 medium bananas, mashed
2 packages sliced frozen strawberries
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pint sour cream

Dissolve 1 large or 2 small packages of strawberry Jello in 1 cup hot water in large bowl; stir until Jello is dissolved.

Stir in pineapple, mashed bananas, strawberries, and nuts. Pour half of this mixture in jello mold and chill until firm.

Spread 1 pint sour cream over firm Jello mixture and top with remaining half of above mixture. Chill unti set.
