Recipe(tried): Hot Cocoa Tips
BeveragesHere is a tip or two :)
When making up a big batch of hot chocolate mix add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt. It helps to bring out the chocolate taste. Also, experiment with using flavored creamers in recipes calling for creamer. I thought my husband was nuts when he told to me add salt but it really does work. Or you could give it a try by adding just a dash in a single cup of cocoa.
