House Salad from Edward's Restaurant

This is a delicious salad.

DRESSING:
6 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 beaten egg
1 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

SALAD:
Mixed greens
Teriyaki chicken breast chunks
Cashews
Chow Mein noodles

For the dressing, combine mustard, egg, honey and salt in top of double boiler. Heat until well mixed and thickened. Cool. Stir in mayonnaise. Makes about 2 2/3 cups. Dressing keeps well in the refrigerator.

Serve with mixed greens, teriyaki chicken breast chunks, cashews and chow mein noodles.
