Raspberry Dressing
From: Al Rice, North Pole Alaska, Feb 1994

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries*
1 tbsp. raspberry or red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.

*Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries, thawed and drained, can be substituted for the fresh raspberries.
