Here are a couple of ideas for meals with ground beef..
Spaghetti with ground meat sauce..
Crispy or soft beef tacos with corn or flour tortillas..
Sloppy Joes...
Chili..

For hot dogs..
Tortilla wraps.. Roll hot dog (with or w/o cheese) in corn tortilla. Yummy.
Corn Dogs..
