Recipe(tried): How to Make a Quiche

Breakfast and Brunch
I also hated the stuff until a child I was watching brought it and didn't eat all of it so, I tasted it. Had to have the recipe! It is so easy you'll love it.

HOW TO MAKE A QUICHE

1 deep dish frozen pie crust
ham or cooked broccoli, chopped*
shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk (any kind)
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Prick the bottom of the pie crust with a fork and prebake in the preheated oven for five minutes.

Put chopped ham and cheese (or I love broccoli and cheese) in the prebaked crust. To prevent spills, leave enough room for the egg mixture (about 3/4 cup) to be added without going above the edge of the pan.

Beat together milk and eggs and pour over ingredients in crust; salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean.

Store in refrigerator or freezer. Great heated up in the microwave.

*You can get as creative as you like with the ingredients for the filling.
