Recipe(tried): How to Make Black Frosting

Desserts - Fillings, Frostings
Just use a white frosting and tint it black with paste food colors.

I do this all the time. You can usually find the black paste food colors in the crafts dept of Walmart. The company that puts out a good one is Wilton.
