Recipe(tried): Iced Mocha Blend and Coffee Concentrate

Coffee places sell coffee flavoring for $10. a bottle! Below is how you make it:

Iced Mocha Blend
(from The Legal Grind - as seen on "Mike & Maty" and "Travel Cafe")

1/2 cup coffee concentrate (recipe below) (I use less)
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup (or powder, like Quik)
2 cups ice
(I've added fatfree coffeemate, instant milk powder and x. gum - Starbuck's uses pectin - to thicken a bit).
blend! ... serves 2

Coffee Concentrate
from The Legal Grind in Santa Monica, CA

1 lb. coffee grinds (fresh ground coffee)
9 cups water (cold or hot .. people differ on which method is more flavorful .. I use cold cuz it's easier ;))

Soak overnight. Strain through filter (takes about 20 minutes).

(This is similar to the $20-25. "Toddy" which has a felt filter and is said to eliminate the acid taste and problem of coffee for many. I strain this in a large-sized Melitta-type carafe and filter I already had .. works great.).
