Recipe: Iced Mocha Java (Cremora recipe)

ICED MOCHA JAVA

1 cup Cremora Non-Dairy Creamer*
1/4 cup instant coffee
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup chocolate flavored syrup
1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur, optional
Vanilla or coffee ice-cream, scooped into balls
1 (32 ounce) bottle club soda, chilled

In large pitcher, combine Cremora, coffee and cinnamon; add water and syrup. Stir to dissolve. Chill.

Just before serving, add liqueur if desired, ice cream and club soda.

*Try Cremora Royale for a richer flavor.

Makes about 1 1/2 quarts
