Recipe(tried): Indonesian chicken and rice

The following is a recipie I copied from a friend of mine a long time ago. She called it Indonesian chicken, and it's served with cooked rice.

400 gr cubed chicken
250 gr shrimps
2 onions diced
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 inch ginger peeled and grated
1/2 tsp dark sugar
1 tsp Sambal Oelek
1 tsp shrimp paste
2 tbsp peanut butter (I use crunchy)
200 ml chicken stock
100 ml thick coconut milk
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 sliced banana (or 1 mango cut in cubes)

Fry chicken cubes in oil and set aside.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry chopped onions and garlic till soft. Add ginger, sugar, Sambal Oelek, shrimp paste and peanut butter, mix well. Add stock and let simmer for a few minutes, then add the chicken and shrimps, let simmer for two minutes. Add coconut milk and heat through but do not boil. Add chopped coriander and banana slices (or mango) to the sauce.
