Recipe(tried): Italian Macaroni and Cheese (using Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers, Monterey Jack, parmesan)

Main Dishes - Pasta, Sauces
I made this yesterday for dinner and it was just great. I did a mixture of red and green bell peppers, deglazed the pan with a little white wine before cooking the onions and did need about an additional 1 1/2 T of butter. It made a nice presentation. Served with a green salad and garlic toast. Thanks for sharing this keeper!
