Recipe: Macaroni and Cheese (using cottage cheese, sour cream, cheddar)

This is a different take on mac and cheese. It is the only one my mom cooked and everyone always loves it.

1 (7 oz.) pkg. Macaroni, cooked, drained
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Paprika

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a buttered casserole dish.

Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter + sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
