Italian Rice
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
1 cup chopped ham
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups quick cooking rice, cooked
1/2 cup (2 oz.) 100% grated Parmesan cheese
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, cook and stir until tender.
Add milk, ham, peas and bouillon to skillet, stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and parmesan cheese, cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
