Recipe: Joan's Broccoli Madness

Here is a "copycat" version I found on the internet.

Joan's Broccoli Madness

2 Broccoli heads, raw, floret cut
1/2 purple onion, finely diced
2 to 4 strips crisp, drained bacon, finely chopped
1/2 to 3/4 cup raisens (I prefer golden)
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts, peanut or cashew
OR use sunflower seeds
Chestnuts (optional)

Dressing:
3/4 to 1 c. light mayo
2 to 3 T. honey
2 to 3 tsp. cider vinegar
skim milk to thin

Prepare veggies and combine in large bowl.
Prepare dressing in small bowl adding only enough milk to make a thin consistency.
Mix all together and let set at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally.
