Recipe: Jumbo Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Muffins (using cake mix)

Jumbo Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 package Chocolate Fudge cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
3/4 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mini chocolate chips put them in the freezer a few hours before using
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Mix cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, oil and extract until smooth using an electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips and blend in by hand. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full, bake 350 about 15 minutes or until tested done. Do not overbake. I make the jumbo muffins, they take about 25 minutes to bake. These also freeze well.
