Recipe(tried): Just so's you know...Meatloaf in the Crock Pot

I tried my own meatloaf recipe in the crockpot a couple of weeks back. A couple of hours before it was due to finish, I added some nugget potatoes. My boys raved about it! It turned out very well. Of course, I used extra lean ground beef, but that's the best choice for a meat loaf anyway, doncha think?

We are having a heatwave here in beautiful B.C. It was 29 C here yesterday, and broke all previous records for this date. That's about 90 F, as I recall. Of course, my boys had a newspaper to deliver after school, man, I thought we were gonna croak!
