Recipe: Karo Frozen Butter Pecan Pie (using cream cheese)

KARO FROZEN BUTTER PECAN PIE

2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Karo dark corn syrup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 prepared (9-inch) graham cracker crust
FOR GARNISHING:
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
pecan halves (for garnish)

In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, corn syrup and brown sugar until smooth. With mixer at medium speed beat in milk and vanilla until blended.

Stir in pecans. Pour into crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

To serve, garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
