Recipe: Key Lime Pie (baked)

KEY LIME PIE

2 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened and condensed milk
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Sue Bee Honey, divided use
1/2 cup lime juice
2 drops green food coloring
1 drop yellow food coloring
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
2 Tbsp. Sue Bee Honey

Beat egg yolks and milk until smooth. Beat in 1/4 cup honey, juice and food coloring. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until set. Chill at least 1 hour, until completely cooled.

Beat cream and the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey until peaks form. Top pie with whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 1 (9-inch) pie
