Recipe(tried): Kutani Stew (crock pot)

I've enjoyed browsing your site for the last few months and have tried many delicious recipes posted here! This is my first post, hope you all enjoy!

Kutani Stew
2-3 lbs. stew meat
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1c. red wine
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. soy sauce

Mix all of the above into a casserole, cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2- 3 hours.
Or place all in a crock pot, cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.Serve over noodles or rice.
